Jessica at the front desk was an absolute gem. She made checking in a breeze and her enthusiasm was contagious. Plus, the breakfast setup was excellent, with choices that made it hard to pick just one thing with a good staff member making sure we never ran low on anything.

The location was superb, allowing easy access to downtown and the Durango Silverton train station, which I found convenient for both work and leisure.
